aHAND4 ® Life! Policies are designed of an even-handed construction, to protect BOTH the rights of VIP!s & their Stakeholders, AS WELL AS the rights of aHAND4 ® Life! They are also comprehensive and designed for our MUTUAL WIN-WIN-WIN, long-term Service & Support "business" relationship. Please see individual Policy (Numbered) below for further details.

Please Note:

aHAND4 ® Life! makes NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS AND THEREFORE REQUIRES A DULY EXECUTED WRITTEN, DETAILED SERVICES AGREEMENT BEFORE ANY Services (OR THINGS! for VIP! Members) will be provided by aH4L! to any VIP! Member, VIP! Client, or Secondary Beneficiary (low Income/Networth VIP! Parent/Guardian/Caregiver).

• Further, such Agreement must be executed by the hands of an Officer of aHAND4 ® Life! , and a Fiduciary Agent(s) of the Parties to the Services Agreement.

SO UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR in such Services Agreement, ALL OUR POLICIES BELOW SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT (no exceptions).
