∫ • We act as an experienced, trusted, unbiased and prompt "personal assistant" - very experienced with significant physical disabilities, trained with yours, and the sundry legal matters needed for successful "semi-independent living" - such as would be provided by a loving family member, close friend, cargiver, life coach and or tutor (not requiring a State-license).

aHAND4 LEGAL! Sub-Programs!
aHAND4 Legal Guidance for Living!
This Program provides experienced help with all sorts of essential Healthcare, Caregiving, Financial, Housing "Legal Guidance" needs, primarily related to "Supported Living". Typically we provide this to Adults who are VIP!s, but also Parents of Minor Children who are a VIP!. We use our innovative "Tele-Guidance!, comprised of In/Out-Home CARE!, and Tele-CARE!- all as required per
YOUR Life Plan! ™
PROVIDING: experienced, parent-like guidance to help you manage in today's sophisticated society of Medical, Dental, Optical, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and AccuP care and medications and treatments; as well as assistance in selecting Doctors, Insurance, guidance when issues arise; as well as with financial planning documents or applications; as well as with lease or rental agreements, and guidance for YOUR decision-making regarding securing, occupying, managing, maintaining your home, and including tenant/ landlord communication and negotiation!
aHAND4 Conservatorship Guidance!
This Program provides experienced help to qualified (low-income) Parents, to understand and navigate the Conservatorship process, to minimize upfront legal expenses! We can help at any stage, though most often we assist when minor child are nearing Adulthood (i.e., at age 17). We help successfully plan, aide in attorney selection, can review contracts, even help develop important content to your needs before you finalize the Conservatorship with an Attorney and/or a Judge. We offer this In-Home & and/or via "Tele-Guidance!
PROVIDING: experienced "parent-like" guidance regarding the complex issues related to protections for your child, and their successful "supported" living experience!
